Gin & Prosecco Cocktail
60ml Greysons Gin
Juice x ½ lemon
Juice x ½ lime
Prosecco
2 x tsp caster sugar
Put the lime and lemon juice together in a jug and add the gin, stir well
Put the caster sugar flat onto a saucer
Dip the very edges of 2 champagne flute glasses into the mix then dip into the caster sugar to give you the sugar-coated rims
Divide the gin mix between the two flutes and top with the Prosecco
Decorate the glasses with strips of lemon and lime peel
