As of July 2023 Store Assistants receive a starting salary of £11.40 per hour and those based in London receive £12.85 per hour. This makes us the best-paying supermarket (again!), and the only Top 5 supermarket to pay for breaks, which for the average store worker could be worth up to £972 annually!
