    50ml Caramel Hazelnut Rum liqueur

    25ml Semi-skimmed milk

    25ml Double cream

    2 drops of The Pantry Morrocan Almond Extract

    Moser Roth dark chocolate, grated for garnish

    Hazelnut shavings for garnish 

    Method

    1. Shake all ingredients with cubed ice and fine strain into a chilled coupette (or martini glass).

    2. Garnish with grated Moser Roth dark chocolate and hazelnut shavings
