Your favourite cheesy bagel, made better! Wrap streaky bacon around the dough for the ultimate Christmas morning breakfast.
1 Bagel
30g Grated Mozzarella or Cheddar Cheese
8 Rashers Specially Selected Dry Cured Streaky Bacon
2 tsp Tomato or Brown Sauce, optional
Cut the bagel in half and scoop out a little of the dough from each slice.
Put the grated cheese in the groove on the bottom slice.
If using the tomato or brown sauce, spread this around the groove in the other slice.
Sandwich together.
Wrap the eight slices of bacon around the centre of the bagel, trimming off any excess.
Cook in the airfryer at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Cut and enjoy.
