Burger in a Bowl

Ingredients
- 500g Lean minced Scotch Beef
- 2 Red Onions
- 15ml Olive Oil
- 15ml Worcestershire Sauce
- 150g Light Mayonnaise
- 30g Tomato Ketchup
- 30g American Yellow Mustard
- 2 tsp Paprika
- ½ tsp Garlic Granules
- Sea Salt and Black Pepper
- 1 Romaine Lettuce
- 200g Cherry Tomatoes
- 100g Drained Crinkle cut Gherkins
Method
- Peel and finely chop one red onion.
- Sauté the onion and the lean mince with the oil in a saucepan until browned.
- Add the Worcestershire sauce, season with some salt and pepper and cook on a low heat for 6 mins until cooked through, stir while cooking.
- To make the burger dressing, mix together the mayonnaise, tomato ketchup, paprika and mustard. Put to one side.
- Peel the remaining red onion and slice into rings.
- Halve the tomatoes and shred the lettuce.
- Divide the lettuce, tomato, onion rings and the gherkins between four bowls.
- Make a well in the middle of each and put a quarter on the mince in each.
- Drizzle over the burger dressing and serve.
