Mango Sorbet

Ingredients

  • 850g Sweetened Mango Pulp
  • 1 Lime
  • 40g Pomegranate Seeds
  • 2 Kiwi Fruit
  • 1 Apple, chopped into chunks
  • 50g Raspberries
  • 100g Fresh Pineapple, chopped into chunks
  • 4-6 Sprigs of Mint

  

Method

  1. Zest the lime, then halve and squeeze out the juice. Mix with the mango pulp and place in a rectangular glass dish.
  2. Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Scoop into 4-6 glasses and serve with the chopped fruit and a sprig of mint in each glass.
