Mango Sorbet

Ingredients
- 850g Sweetened Mango Pulp
- 1 Lime
- 40g Pomegranate Seeds
- 2 Kiwi Fruit
- 1 Apple, chopped into chunks
- 50g Raspberries
- 100g Fresh Pineapple, chopped into chunks
- 4-6 Sprigs of Mint
Method
- Zest the lime, then halve and squeeze out the juice. Mix with the mango pulp and place in a rectangular glass dish.
- Freeze for at least 6 hours or overnight. Scoop into 4-6 glasses and serve with the chopped fruit and a sprig of mint in each glass.
