Ingredients
- 150ml Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 90g Shelled Pistachios
- 60g Parmesan (Freshly Grated)
- 40g Fresh Basil
- 1 Garlic Clove
- Pinch of Salt
- Pinch of Pepper
Method
- Place all the ingredients into a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Store in an airtight container topped with an additional drizzle of olive oil to keep fresh.
