Nacho Cheese Sauce

Tangy, tasty and absurdly easy to make, this nacho cheese sauce goes great with tortilla chips, burgers and a whole host of party snacks.

Ingredients
- 2 packs Everyday Essentials 10 Cheese Slices
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 Green Chilli
- 1 Red Chilli
- 1 pack Salted Tortilla Chips
Method
- Place the cheese slices in a pan with the milk and cook on a low heat until all the cheese has melted.
- Next, roughly chop the chillies into small pieces and stir them into the cheese sauce.
- Serve the nacho cheese sauce on top of your burger – why not try crumbling some tortilla chips on top to add some crunch?
