Hugo Spritz Cocktail

A prosecco and gin based cocktail for those long Summer nights.

Ingredients
- 250ml Prosecco
- 100ml Apple & Elderflower Sparkling Water
- 50ml Gin
- 2 tbsp Lime Juice
- 2 sprigs Fresh Mint
- Ice
For the garnish:
- Lime Slices
- Fresh Mint
- 2 Large Wine Glasses
Method
- Crush the mint leaves and split between the 2 glasses along with ice.
- Share the gin, lime juice and sparkling water between the glasses.
- Top with Prosecco, garnish with a lime slice and fresh mint and serve.
