Hugo Spritz Cocktail

A prosecco and gin based cocktail for those long Summer nights.

Ingredients

  • 250ml Prosecco
  • 100ml Apple & Elderflower Sparkling Water
  • 50ml Gin
  • 2 tbsp Lime Juice
  • 2 sprigs Fresh Mint
  • Ice

For the garnish:

  • Lime Slices
  • Fresh Mint
  • 2 Large Wine Glasses

  

Method

  1. Crush the mint leaves and split between the 2 glasses along with ice.
  2. Share the gin, lime juice and sparkling water between the glasses.
  3. Top with Prosecco, garnish with a lime slice and fresh mint and serve.
