Hot Coffee Crog

Ingredients

  • 1 heaped tsp Instant Coffee
  • 1 heaped tsp Sugar
  • 75ml Cassario Roast Coffee Rum
  • 5g Dark Chocolate, grated
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick
  • Squirty Cream

Method

  1. Put the coffee, sugar and rum in a heatproof glass.
  2. Pour over some boiling water and stir well with the cinnamon stick.
  3. Top with the squirty cream, then sprinkle over the grated chocolate and serve.
