Clementine Frost

Ingredients

  • 60ml Gold Flake & Clementine Gin
  • 1 medium Egg White
  • Juice of ½ a Lemon
  • Burnt Orange Slice and grated peel, to serve

Method

  1. Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
  2. Add the gin, lemon juice and egg white and shake vigorously.
  3. Strain into a glass and sprinkle the grated peel on top.
  4. Decorate with the burnt orange slice and serve.
