Clementine Frost
Ingredients
- 60ml Gold Flake & Clementine Gin
- 1 medium Egg White
- Juice of ½ a Lemon
- Burnt Orange Slice and grated peel, to serve
Method
- Half fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add the gin, lemon juice and egg white and shake vigorously.
- Strain into a glass and sprinkle the grated peel on top.
- Decorate with the burnt orange slice and serve.
