Avocado and Berry Power Smoothie

Power you through until lunch with this Avocado and Berry Smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 x Ripe avocado
  • 130g x 4 Seasons frozen summer fruits – defrosted
  • 300ml Almond Drink
  • 10ml Manuka honey
  • Juice x 1 lime
  • 5g Wheatgrass powder

  

Method

  1. Halve the avocado, remove and discard the stone and scoop out the flesh.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend till smooth and creamy.
  3. Serve immediately.
