Ingredients

  • 125g Caramelised Biscuits
  • 125g Biscuit Spread
  • 125g Milk Chocolate

Method

  1. Break up the biscuits, put into a food processor and whizz into crumbs.
  2. Put the biscuit crumbs into a bowl, add the biscuit spread and mix well.
  3. Divide into 12 portions and roll into balls, then put in the fridge to harden.
  4. Break up the chocolate and put into a heatproof bowl. Put the bowl over a pan of boiling water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water, and stir until the chocolate has melted.
  5. Put the biscuit balls on a cooling rack over a tray. Spoon the melted chocolate over the balls – allowing any surplus to drip onto the tray – then refrigerate the truffles.
  6. Scrape up any of the dripped chocolate and put back into the bowl and re-melt. Drizzle this over the balls and then refrigerate again.
  7. Leave for 60 minutes, then serve.
