Ingredients
- 125g Caramelised Biscuits
- 125g Biscuit Spread
- 125g Milk Chocolate
Method
- Break up the biscuits, put into a food processor and whizz into crumbs.
- Put the biscuit crumbs into a bowl, add the biscuit spread and mix well.
- Divide into 12 portions and roll into balls, then put in the fridge to harden.
- Break up the chocolate and put into a heatproof bowl. Put the bowl over a pan of boiling water, making sure the bottom of the bowl does not touch the water, and stir until the chocolate has melted.
- Put the biscuit balls on a cooling rack over a tray. Spoon the melted chocolate over the balls – allowing any surplus to drip onto the tray – then refrigerate the truffles.
- Scrape up any of the dripped chocolate and put back into the bowl and re-melt. Drizzle this over the balls and then refrigerate again.
- Leave for 60 minutes, then serve.
