Ingredients
- 4 Specially Selected Croissants
- 8 Toasting Waffles
- 4 slices Fruit Bread
- 2 Pink Grapefruits
- 12 Rashers Specially Selected Streaky Bacon
- 4 medium Eggs
- 250g Fresh Strawberries
- 125g Fresh Blueberries
- 100g Smoked Salmon
- 1 large Avocado
- 100g Soft Cheese
- 200g Piccolo Tomatoes
- 100g Salted Butter
- 1 of each: 50g Brooklea Fruit Yogurt – Raspberry, Strawberry, Apricot, Passion Fruit and Peach
- 1 litre of each Fresh Orange and Apple Juice
- Specially Selected Strawberry Jam
- Specially Selected Maple Syrup
- 2 Lemons
Method
- Grill the bacon until crisp.
- Soft boil the eggs for 6 minutes, then peel and halve.
- Warm the croissants in the oven.
- Toast the waffles and fruit bread.
- Cut the grapefruits in half.
- Put some jam in a pot and some maple syrup in a small jug.
- Put the soft cheese in a bowl.
- Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and discard and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
- Slice each half into 4, then squeeze some lemon juice over to prevent the slices from going brown.
- Cut the butter into small squares.
- Then, display everything on a large board and serve alongside the orange and apple juice.
