Ingredients

  • 4 Specially Selected Croissants
  • 8 Toasting Waffles
  • 4 slices Fruit Bread
  • 2 Pink Grapefruits
  • 12 Rashers Specially Selected Streaky Bacon
  • 4 medium Eggs
  • 250g Fresh Strawberries
  • 125g Fresh Blueberries
  • 100g Smoked Salmon
  • 1 large Avocado
  • 100g Soft Cheese
  • 200g Piccolo Tomatoes
  • 100g Salted Butter
  • 1 of each: 50g Brooklea Fruit Yogurt – Raspberry, Strawberry, Apricot, Passion Fruit and Peach
  • 1 litre of each Fresh Orange and Apple Juice
  • Specially Selected Strawberry Jam
  • Specially Selected Maple Syrup
  • 2 Lemons

  

Method

  1. Grill the bacon until crisp.
  2. Soft boil the eggs for 6 minutes, then peel and halve.
  3. Warm the croissants in the oven.
  4. Toast the waffles and fruit bread.
  5. Cut the grapefruits in half.
  6. Put some jam in a pot and some maple syrup in a small jug.
  7. Put the soft cheese in a bowl.
  8. Cut the avocado in half, remove the stone and discard and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.
  9. Slice each half into 4, then squeeze some lemon juice over to prevent the slices from going brown.
  10. Cut the butter into small squares.
  11. Then, display everything on a large board and serve alongside the orange and apple juice.
