Festive Bloody Mary

Ingredients
- 60ml Gin
- 80ml Passata
- 40ml Water
- ½ tsp Caster Sugar
- Juice of ½ a Lemon
- Large pinch Chilli Powder
- 10ml Soy Sauce
- A few grinds of Black Pepper
- Ice Cubes
- To Garnish:
- Ground Sea Salt and Black Pepper
- 1 Candy Cane
- 1 Grapefruit Wedge/Slice
- 1 Rosemary Sprig
- Chilli Flakes
Method
- Mix the caster sugar and the lemon juice in a cocktail shaker.
- Then, add the gin, passata, water, chilli powder, soy sauce and black pepper.
- Add ice cubes to the shaker and roll the mixture around with a long spoon.
- Dip the rim of a large tumbler into a little lemon juice, then into the ground salt and pepper.
- Add ice to the tumbler and strain the liquid into the glass.
- Place the candy cane and rosemary sprig in the glass and prop the grapefruit wedge on the rim. Sprinkle some chilli flakes on top and serve.
