A delightfully creamy, festive cocktail.

Ingredients  

• 60ml Specially Selected Espresso Chocolate Flavour Irish Cream Liqueur
• 40ml Vodka
• 125ml Cold coffee
• 50ml Double cream
• Coffee beans, to decorate

Method

1. In a glass, mix the coffee, Specially Selected Espresso Chocolate Flavour Irish Cream Liqueur and vodka together.  
2. Pour into a martini glass.  
3. Pour the cold cream over a spoon onto the top of the cocktail.
4. Decorate with some coffee beans and serve.
