Candy Cane Cream
Creamy sweetness with a hint of coffee.

Ingredients
- ¼ Flat tsp coffee
- 30ml Vodka
- 60ml Ballycastle white chocolate flavour country cream
- Sprig of fresh rosemary
- Ice
- 20g White chocolate
Method
- Melt the chocolate and dip the rim of a highball glass into it, then allow to set.
- In a separate glass, mix the coffee with the vodka until dissolved.
- Then, mix in the Ballycastle White Chocolate Flavour Country Cream and stir.
- Fill the prepared glass with ice and pour over the cocktail.
- Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.
