Candy Cane Cream

Creamy sweetness with a hint of coffee.

Ingredients

  • ¼ Flat tsp coffee
  • 30ml Vodka
  • 60ml Ballycastle white chocolate flavour country cream
  • Sprig of fresh rosemary
  • Ice
  • 20g White chocolate

Method

  1. Melt the chocolate and dip the rim of a highball glass into it, then allow to set.
  2. In a separate glass, mix the coffee with the vodka until dissolved.
  3. Then, mix in the Ballycastle White Chocolate Flavour Country Cream and stir.
  4. Fill the prepared glass with ice and pour over the cocktail.
  5. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary and serve.
