Zesty and tangy, this tea is the perfect way to clench your thirst.
30g piece fresh Ginger
Juice of 2 Lemons
2 flat tsp Ground Turmeric
700ml Water
300ml Coconut Water
2 tbsp Honey
5 Black Peppercorns
½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
Wash and slice the ginger.
Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil.
Simmer for 5 minutes and allow to rest for a few minutes.
Sieve, allow to cool and serve over ice.
