Chocolate Bark

This decadent and sweet bark makes the perfect treat.

Serves: 4-6 people   |   Prep time: 10 minutes (plus 1 hour for setting)   |   Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients

  • 500g Dark Chocolate
  • 150g White Chocolate
  • 150g Pistachios, shelled
  • 15g Dried Strawberries and Cranberries
  • 8 Butter Candy Sweets, roughly chopped into shards

  

Method

  1. Line a tray with baking paper.
  2. Break the white chocolate into pieces and place it in a glass bowl. Melt it in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between until completely melted. Set aside and repeat with the dark chocolate.
  3. Spoon blobs of the dark chocolate on the lined tray and add blobs of the white, swirl with a butter knife to create a nice pattern.
  4. Sprinkle over the toppings then chill in the fridge.
  5. Once the chocolate has set, break into smaller pieces and serve or put into gift bags to make great presents.
