Ingredients

  • 360g jar Jalfrezi Sauce
  • 400g pack Diced Chicken
  • 1 Red Pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1kg Basmati Rice to serve

Method

  1. Sauté the chicken and pepper in the oil for a minute.
  2. Stir in the spice mix from the top of the jar and cook for a further minute.
  3. Stir in the sauce, cover the pan and simmer for 15 minutes or until the chicken is cooked.
  4. Serve alongside the basmati rice.
