Spicy Margarita

This Margarita is spicy and fun.

Ingredients

  • 40ml Tequila
  • 25ml Vodka
  • Juice of 1 Lime
  • 25ml Orange Juice
  • Few slices of Red Chilli
  • 2 slices Lime
  • Ice
  • Sea Salt
  • Dried Chilli Flakes  

  

Method

  1. Pour some of the lime juice on a plate and dip the rim of the glass into it.
  2. On another plate, add some sea salt and chilli flakes, then dip the rim of the glass in to coat and leave upside down.
  3. In the meantime, make the margarita by mixing together the tequila, vodka, lime juice and orange juice in a jug.
  4. Add a few slices of chilli, then muddle with the back of a wooden spoon to release the chilli flavours.
  5. Half fill the glass with ice, add the lime slices, then pour in the margarita, stir and serve.
