Spicy Mango Salsa

Ingredients
- 1 medium Mango, finely chopped
- 12g Red Chilli, finely diced
- Juice of ½ Lime
- 40g Red Onion, finely diced
- 5g Fresh Coriander
- Black Pepper
Method
- Place the mango, onion, chilli, lime juice and coriander in a bowl. Season with black pepper, mix to combine and serve.
