Sesame Dressing

Ingredients
- 30g Dry Roasted Peanuts
- 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
- 1 tsp Crushed Chillis
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 Red Chillis
- 2 Cloves of Garlic
- 50ml Sunflower Oil
Method
- Finely chop the peanuts and place in a heatproof bowl along with the sesame seeds, chilli flakes and salt.
- Set to one side whilst preparing the rest of the dish.
- Finely chop the chilli and the garlic.
- Heat the oil in a small saucepan, add the chopped chilli and garlic and cook for a couple of minutes, until the garlic has started to turn golden brown.
- Pour the hot oil, chilli and garlic onto the peanut, sesame and chilli flake mix.
- Allow to cool completely then stir all together.
- Serve as an accompaniment to noodle dishes to add spice and texture.
