Loaded Hot Dogs

Ingredients
- 9 Dinos big dogs
- 9 Specially selected brioche hot dog buns
For the pulled pork dogs toppings
- 100g Left over pulled pork
- 100g Left over slaw
- Sweet Baby rays BBQ sauce
- American mustard
For the chilli dogs
- ( You can use 100g Left over American chilli - from the nachos recipe or the below)
- 100g 5% Beef mince
- 120g Bramwells Chilli con carne sauce
For the toppings
- 50g Gherkins
- 1/2 Small white onion diced
- 1/2 Red chilli chopped finely
For the spicy bacon and cheese dogs
- 1 Baby gem lettuce shredded
- 3 Rashers streaky bacon
- 2 Slices Spicy cheddar with chilli
- 20g Dinos crispy onions
- 50ml BBQ sauce
Method
- Cook the sausages as per the pack instructions.
For the pulled pork dogs
- Heat the pulled pork in a pan and add the BBQ sauce mixing well.
- Fill the buns with slaw top with the sausages pulled pork and some mustard.
For the chilli dogs
- Fry the mince in a pan on a high heat with a little oil, stirring with a wooden spoon every few minutes.
- Once the mince is brown add the sauce.
- Allow this to simmer for 12 minutes on a low heat.
- Fill the buns with chopped gherkins add the sausages and garnish with onion and chilli
For the spicy bacon and Cheese dogs
- Cook the bacon under a hot grill until crispy and cut into pieces.
- Fill the buns with lettuce and top with sausages.
- Gently melt the cheese in the microwave on ten second bursts stirring in between each burst and pour it over the sausage, sprinkle on the bacon pieces, crispy onions and finish with BBQ sauce.
