Smoked Salmon and Cucumber Dip

This refreshingly decadent dip can also be used as a spread. An absolute must for parties.

Ingredients

  • 1 x Cucumber
  • 150g Smoked Salmon
  • 2 tsps Horseradish Sauce
  • 80g Mayonnaise
  • 50g Soured Cream
  • 10ml Lemon Juice
  • White Pepper

  

Method

  1. Peel the cucumber, cut into quarters lengthways.
  2. With a teaspoon remove the seeds and discard.
  3. Chop the cucumber into small pieces.
  4. Chop the smoked salmon into small pieces.
  5. Put all the ingredients into a food processor, season with some white pepper and pulse until well blended but still a little chunky.
  6. Serve in a bowl with breadsticks or toasted ciabatta slices.
