Pineapple in Blankets

Ingredients
- ½ Fresh Pineapple
- 8 Rashers Specially Selected Dry Cured Smoked Streaky Bacon
- 20ml Honey
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.
- Cut the skin off the pineapple and cut into 8 wedges.
- Wrap a rasher of bacon around each piece of pineapple, then place on a baking sheet and drizzle with honey.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and serve immediately.
