Chocolate Bark

This decadent and sweet bark makes the perfect treat.
Serves: 4-6 people | Prep time: 10 minutes (plus 1 hour for setting) | Cooking time: 10 minutes

Ingredients
- 500g Dark Chocolate
- 150g White Chocolate
- 150g Pistachios, shelled
- 15g Dried Strawberries and Cranberries
- 8 Butter Candy Sweets, roughly chopped into shards
Method
- Line a tray with baking paper.
- Break the white chocolate into pieces and place it in a glass bowl. Melt it in the microwave in 30 second bursts, stirring in between until completely melted. Set aside and repeat with the dark chocolate.
- Spoon blobs of the dark chocolate on the lined tray and add blobs of the white, swirl with a butter knife to create a nice pattern.
- Sprinkle over the toppings then chill in the fridge.
- Once the chocolate has set, break into smaller pieces and serve or put into gift bags to make great presents.
