Salsa Verde

This tangy salsa will compliment your succulent lamb dish perfectly.

Ingredients
- 30g fresh Parsley
- 20g fresh Mint
- 1 Garlic Clove Juice
- 1/2 Lemon
- 40g Gherkins
- 1 tbsp English Mustard
- 100ml Olive Oil
- Pinch Salt
- Pinch Pepper
Method
- Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
- Serve drizzled over roast leg of Lamb.
