Salsa Verde

This tangy salsa will compliment your succulent lamb dish perfectly.

Ingredients

  • 30g fresh Parsley
  • 20g fresh Mint
  • 1 Garlic Clove Juice
  • 1/2 Lemon
  • 40g Gherkins
  • 1 tbsp English Mustard
  • 100ml Olive Oil
  • Pinch Salt
  • Pinch Pepper

  

Method

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth.
  2. Serve drizzled over roast leg of Lamb.
