Sage and Clementine Roasties

Ingredients
- 1.5kg Maris Piper Potatoes
- 3 Clementines
- 2 tsp Sage
- 80ml Sunflower Oil
- Sea Salt
- Fresh Sage Leaves
Method
- Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/400°F/Gas Mark 6.
- Peel and cut the potatoes into large chunks.
- Boil, cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Heat the oil in a roasting dish.
- Drain the potatoes then peel the rind from the clemintines and slice into strips.
- Place both into the oil and roast for 30 minutes.
- Sprinkle sage over and roast again for a further 10 minutes.
- Serve with fresh sage leaves and salt.
