Paprika Chips with Shawarma Dip

A spicy twist on on everyone's favourite side: the humble chip.

Ingredients

  • 500g Skin On Fries
  • 2 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Granules
  • 30ml Sunflower Oil

For the dip:

  • 100g Houmous
  • 20ml Medium Peri Peri Sauce
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • ½ flat tsp Smoked Paprika

  

Method

  1. Place the oil, garlic granules and paprika into a large bowl and mix.
  2. Add the fries and toss gently in the oil.
  3. Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes, shaking the tray occasionally.
  4. Meanwhile, combine all the ingredients together to make the dip.
  5. Serve the fries with the dip.
