Loaded Roasties

Ingredients

  • 500g Roast Potatoes
  • 200g Left-over Vegetables
  • 200g Left-over Turkey, sliced
  • 100g Left-over Cheese, crumbled
  • Left-over Stuffing Balls
  • Left-over Roasted Onions
  • Left-over Gravy
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Roasting Dish

Method

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 200°C/Gas Mark 6.
  2. Place the roast potatoes in the base of a roasting dish.
  3. Pile over the vegetables, turkey, stuffing balls and roast onions, then scatter over the cheese.
  4. Bake in the oven for 30 minutes (if the cheese starts burning, cover loosely with tin foil).
  5. In the meantime, gently heat up any left-over gravy.
  6. When everything completely heated through, serve immediately, with the gravy and cranberry sauce.
