Goats Cheese Beetroot and Spring Onion Dip

Ingredients
- 150g log Goat's Cheese
- 100g Cooked Beetroot
- 5 Spring Onions – trimmed
- 100g Mayonnaise
- 100g Crème Fraîche
Method
- Chop the beetroot and spring onions finely.
- Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse for 5 minutes until blended but still slightly chunky.
- Great served with cucumber and carrots cut into sticks.
