Goats Cheese Beetroot and Spring Onion Dip

Ingredients

  • 150g log Goat's Cheese
  • 100g Cooked Beetroot
  • 5 Spring Onions – trimmed
  • 100g Mayonnaise
  • 100g Crème Fraîche

  

Method

  1. Chop the beetroot and spring onions finely.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a food processor and pulse for 5 minutes until blended but still slightly chunky.
  3. Great served with cucumber and carrots cut into sticks.
