Ingredients

Horseradish and Chive

  • 125g Greenvale Salted Butter, at room temperature
  • 10g Chives or Green Stem of Spring Onion
  • 20g Bramwells Horseradish

Paprika and Tomato

  • 125g Greenvale Salted Butter, at room temperature
  • 1 heaped tsp Stonemill Paprika
  • 20g Cucina Tomato Purée

Garlic and Parsley

  • 125g Greenvale Salted Butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • 10g fresh Parsley

  

Method

Horseradish and Chive

  1. Finely dice the chives or spring onion. Put the butter, chives or spring onion and horseradish together in a bowl. Mix well and then divide into 6 – make into rounds and chill.

Paprika and Tomato

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl until well blended. Divide into 6 portions – make into rounds and chill.

Garlic and Parsley

  1. Peel and finely dice the garlic or put through a garlic press. Finely chop the parsley. Put all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Divide into 6 – make into rounds and chill.
