Bacon Wrapped Corn on the Cob

Grilled sweetcorn wrapped in crispy bacon and seasoned with parsley and pepper.

Ingredients

  • 4 x Corn on the cob
  • 16 Slices Specially Selected streaky bacon
  • 5g Fresh parsley chopped
  • 150ml BBQ sauce
  • Black pepper

Method

  1. Wrap 4 slices of bacon around each corn.
  2. Preheat the airfryer to 200°C.
  3. Put the corns onto the fry tray – don’t overlap.
  4. Close the fry basket.
  5. Cook for 20 mins.
  6. Take out the corn.
  7. Drizzle over the BBQ sauce.
  8. Sprinkle with the parsley, season with the pepper and serve.
