Bacon Wrapped Corn on the Cob

Grilled sweetcorn wrapped in crispy bacon and seasoned with parsley and pepper.

Ingredients
- 4 x Corn on the cob
- 16 Slices Specially Selected streaky bacon
- 5g Fresh parsley chopped
- 150ml BBQ sauce
- Black pepper
Method
- Wrap 4 slices of bacon around each corn.
- Preheat the airfryer to 200°C.
- Put the corns onto the fry tray – don’t overlap.
- Close the fry basket.
- Cook for 20 mins.
- Take out the corn.
- Drizzle over the BBQ sauce.
- Sprinkle with the parsley, season with the pepper and serve.
