Turkey Bolognese Spaghetti

Swap beef mince to low fat turkey for a healthy twist on this classic rich bolognese sauce and spaghetti.

- 500g Turkey Mince
- 1x 400g Tin Chunky Chopped Tomatoes With Herbs
- 400g Everyday Essentials Spaghetti
- 1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
- Salt
- Pepper
Method
- Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the minced turkey.
- Boil a large pan of water and season with salt, add the spaghetti and cook for 8-9 minutes until just cooked.
- When the minced turkey is starting to brown, add the chopped tomatoes and half a tin of water and season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
- Leave the bolognese simmering while the spaghetti cooks.
- When the pasta is cooked and the sauce has thickened, divide the pasta between 4 dishes and top with the turkey bolognese, then serve.
