Superbowl Loaded BBQ Bacon Fries

These bacon fries are the real MVP of any Superbowl feast.

Ingredients
- 750g Frozen French Fries
- 150g Smoked Streaky Bacon
- 30ml Light Mayonnaise
- 30ml Smokey Chipotle BBQ Sauce
- 30g Crinkle Cut Gherkins
- 1 Red Onion, sliced into rings
- Baking Tray
Method
- Pre-heat oven to 200°C/180°C Fan/Gas Mark 6.
- Lay the streaky bacon on a baking tray.
- Cook the bacon for 20 minutes, until crispy. Allow to cool slightly, then finely chop into a bacon crumb.
- Spread the fries out on a large baking tray bake for 20 minutes until golden.
- Transfer the fries to a serving dish, drizzle over the mayonnaise and BBQ sauce.
- Scatter over the bacon crumb, the onion rings and fries.
- Top with the gherkins and serve.
