Sticky Teriyaki Chicken Burgers

Sticky chicken burgers everyone in the family will love.

Ingredients
- 500g Chicken Mince
- 4 Spring Onions, Finely Chopped
- 4 Tbsps Teriyaki Sauce
- 3 Cloves Garlic, Grated
- 4 Burger Baps
- 2 Tbsps Of Breadcrumbs
- 1 Egg To Bind
- Sesame Seeds
- 2 Tbsps Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 Spring Onions, Finely Chopped
- 4 Tbsps Of Mayonnaise
- 1/2 Tsp Salt
Method
- Finely chop your spring onions and place them in a bowl with your chicken mince, teriyaki sauce, salt, breadcrumbs and egg (if you’re using one) and mix well.
- Divide into 4 patties, add a few sesame seeds on both sides and place in a frying pan with plenty of oil. Cook on both sides for 5 minutes.
- Make your teriyaki mayo by mixing the mayo, teriyaki sauce and finely chopped spring onion.
- Add each burger to a burger bun and add a dollop of the mayo. Add some more spring onions and whatever other salad you like!
