Sticky Teriyaki Chicken Burgers

Sticky chicken burgers everyone in the family will love.

Serves 4 | Prep time: 10 mins | Cooking time: 15 mins

Ingredients  

  • 500g Chicken Mince
  • 4 Spring Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 4 Tbsps Teriyaki Sauce
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Grated
  • 4 Burger Baps
  • 2 Tbsps Of Breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg To Bind
  • Sesame Seeds
  • 2 Tbsps Teriyaki Sauce
  • 2 Spring Onions, Finely Chopped
  • 4 Tbsps Of Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 Tsp Salt

Method

  1. Finely chop your spring onions and place them in a bowl with your chicken mince, teriyaki sauce, salt, breadcrumbs and egg (if you’re using one) and mix well.
  2. Divide into 4 patties, add a few sesame seeds on both sides and place in a frying pan with plenty of oil. Cook on both sides for 5 minutes.
  3. Make your teriyaki mayo by mixing the mayo, teriyaki sauce and finely chopped spring onion.
  4. Add each burger to a burger bun and add a dollop of the mayo. Add some more spring onions and whatever other salad you like!
