Slow Cooker Pulled Pork & Black Bean Chilli

Ingredients
- 700g Pork Shoulder Steaks
- 2 Tins of Chopped tomatoes
- 1 Tin of Black Beans
- 1 tbsp of tomato Purée
- 1 Red Pepper and 1 Green Pepper
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 tbsp of Hot Sauce (Optional)
- 125ml of Bbq Sauce
- 150ml of Beef Stock
- 2 tbsps of Sugar
- 1 tsp of Chilli Powder
- 1/2 tsp of Cumin
- 1 tbsp of Smoked Paprika
Method
- Add the pork shoulder steaks to a slow cooker. Add in all the ingredients stated (except the rice).
- Cook on low for 8 hours (overnight is best).
- After 8-10 hours shred the pork in the slow cooker and give it a good mix.
- Serve with rice. Tortilla chips and sour cream go lovely with it too!
