Sloppy Joe Pasta

Ingredients
- 250g Beef Mince
- 4 Cloves Chopped Garlic
- 1 Red Onion
- 200ml Tomato And Herb Pasta Sauce
- 7 Cheesy Singles
- 1 Tbsp Of Tomato Ketchup
- 1 Tsp Mixed Herbs
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Chilli Powder
- 300g Of Penne Pasta
- Fresh Or Dried Parsley For Garnish
- Pepper
- Salt
- Oil
Method
- Fry the beef mince in a little oil with the chopped garlic and chopped onion and some salt and pepper for 5 minutes.
- After beef has browned and juices have been released, add the smoked paprika, chilli powder and mixed herbs and half of the jar of pasta sauce (if you’re not making the calzones, you can use it all).
- Add 1 tablespoon of ketchup and 1 tablespoon of BBQ sauce and 4 cheesy slices directly into the sauce mixture and cook for 5 minutes.
- Cook your penne in salted water and add this with 5 tablespoons of the pasta water.
- Pop the pasta into dishes and top with 1 cheesy slice torn up and some fresh or dried parsley.
