Sheetpan Hot Honey Halloumi Souvlaki

A quick and easy take on a tasty Greek staple!

Ingredients

  • 225g Halloumi
  • 250g Cherry Tomatoes
  • 1 Red Or White Onion, Chopped
  • 2 Loose Large White Potatoes, Sliced
  • 1 Lemon, Sliced
  • 50g Feta Cheese, Crumbled
  • One Handful Or Fresh Parsley Or One Tbsp Of Dried Parsley
  • Squeeze Of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
  • 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
  • 2 Tbsps Honey
  • 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
  • 3 Tbsps Olive Oil

Method

  1. Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Slice your potatoes into chips, and drizzle with oil and place them into a large baking tray. Then put them in the oven for 10 minutes whilst you prepare everything else.
  2. Slice the halloumi into 12 slices and cut up your onion. Make the hot honey dressing by combining the dressing ingredients in a jug.
  3. Remove the chips from the oven and add the rest of the ingredients. Drizzle the dressing all over and place the tray back into the oven for 25 mins.
  4. Remove tray and add crumbled feta all over then serve with fresh parsley and pile everything into wraps to eat.
