Sheetpan Hot Honey Halloumi Souvlaki

Ingredients
- 225g Halloumi
- 250g Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 Red Or White Onion, Chopped
- 2 Loose Large White Potatoes, Sliced
- 1 Lemon, Sliced
- 50g Feta Cheese, Crumbled
- One Handful Or Fresh Parsley Or One Tbsp Of Dried Parsley
- Squeeze Of 1 Lemon
- 1 Tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Dried Oregano
- 2 Tbsps Honey
- 1 Tsp Chilli Flakes
- 3 Tbsps Olive Oil
Method
- Preheat your oven to 200 degrees. Slice your potatoes into chips, and drizzle with oil and place them into a large baking tray. Then put them in the oven for 10 minutes whilst you prepare everything else.
- Slice the halloumi into 12 slices and cut up your onion. Make the hot honey dressing by combining the dressing ingredients in a jug.
- Remove the chips from the oven and add the rest of the ingredients. Drizzle the dressing all over and place the tray back into the oven for 25 mins.
- Remove tray and add crumbled feta all over then serve with fresh parsley and pile everything into wraps to eat.
