Time to recreate your favourite sub in your own home!

Ingredients
- 4 Cheese and Herb Metro Rolls
- 1 Italian Salami and Cheese Selection
- 4 Cheesy Singles
- Half a Red Pepper and Half a Green Pepper
- 1 Red Onion
- 1 tsp of Minced Fresh Garlic or Garlic Purée
- Hot Sauce (Optional)
- 4 tbsps of Mayonnaise
- Oil
Method
- Chop up the peppers and add them to a baking tray, drizzle with oil and add some garlic. Coat all peppers in the garlic and bake for 20 mins whilst you prepare the subs. Peppers should be charred when removing.
- In a bowl, add 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 teaspoon of garlic.
- Slice subs in half, spread some garlic mayo over both sides and add 2 slices of both meats and 2 slices of the cheese. Cut 1/2 cheesy singles in half and add them in too.
- Pop the open subs under the grill on the oven for 2 minutes (they burn quickly!).
- Remove and layer the roasted peppers on top and some sliced red onion.
- Add whatever other salads/pickles/sauces you like! I served mine with some baby potatoes, cut in half, coated in oil and cajun seasoning and air fried for 10 mins.
