Butter Chicken Naan Burgers

A spicy take on the much-loved chicken burger! Give it a go!

Ingredients
- 2 Large Naan Breads, Sliced In Half To Make 4 Small Ones
- 2 Chicken Breasts, Sliced Through The Middle To Make 4 Cutlets
- 1 Tbsp Of Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Of Ginger
- 1 Tsp Of Garam Masala
- 1 Tsp Of Smoked Paprika
- 1 Tsp Of Cumin
- 2 Tbsps Of Natural Yoghurt Or Heavy Cream
- Mayonnaise
- 50g Cherry Tomatoes, Chopped
- 1 Onion, Chopped
- Chilli Flakes
- 1 Handful Fresh Coriander, Chopped
- Oil
Method
- Heat up oil in a large frying pan and add the small naans in. Fry on both sides for a few minutes until golden and crispy. Remove and slice down the middle to make two pieces.
- Add chicken to a bowl with garlic powder, ginger powder, garam masala, smoked paprika, cumin, salt and the yoghurt or cream.
- Heat up a little more oil in a pan and add the chicken pieces in and fry on both sides.
- Whilst they’re cooking, add onion and tomatoes to a bowl with coriander, oil and salt and combine.
- Add 4 tablespoons of mayonnaise and garlic powder or puree to a bowl and combine. Add a spoonful of the garlic mayonnaise to each naan, add the chicken on top with a spoonful of the onion and tomato mixture then put the other naan on top.
