The perfect starter for two.
Ingredients
- 1 Bag of The Fishmonger Garlic and Herb Raw King Prawns
- 6 to 8 Cloves of Garlic
- 1 Handful of Nature's Pick Cut Parsley
- 2 tbsps of The Pantry Lemon Juice
- 2 Village Bakery Bake At Home White Rolls
- 200g Butter
- 1 tsp of Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp of Smoked Paprika
Method
- Place the garlic and herb prawns in a bowl with 1 tablespoon of smoked paprika, 1 teaspoon of flour and salt and pepper. Drizzle with oil and place them in the air fryer on 200°C for 7 minutes until crispy. Alternatively, if you don’t have an air fryer, don’t add flour or oil and set aside whilst you make the garlic butter sauce.
- Whilst they are cooking, make the garlic sauce. Finely chop 6 cloves of garlic. Place 100g of butter in a pan and add garlic in (leave a teaspoon of garlic for the garlic butter on the side), cook until butter has melted.
- Add in one teaspoon of chilli flakes and two tablespoons of lemon juice.
- Once prawns are cooked, add them into the garlic butter sauce or if you’re not using an air fryer, add them into the butter to cook for 7 minutes. Chop up a handful of parsley and add that in then put into small dishes.
- To make the garlic butter, add 100g of butter into a bowl and add half a teaspoon of chilli flakes, a tablespoon of the prawns sauce, half a teaspoon of chopped parsley and a teaspoon of chopped garlic. (If you are cooking the garlic butter jacket potatoes too, make double the amount).
- Serve the prawns with warm bread and the garlic butter on the side.
