Ingredients

  • 1 x 275g pack Specially Selected mango chunks
  • 1 x 220g pack Specially Selected melon Chunks
  • 25g peeled fresh ginger
  • 80g Greek Authentic yoghurt
  • 80ml coconut water

  

Method

  1. Chop the ginger into small chunks.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
