Lemon Ginger and Turmeric Iced Tea

Zesty and tangy, this tea is the perfect way to clench your thirst.

Ingredients

  • 30g piece Fresh Ginger
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 2 flat tsp Ground Turmeric
  • 700ml Water
  • 300ml Coconut Water
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 5 Black Peppercorns
  • ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon

  

Method

  1. Wash and slice the ginger.
  2. Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil.
  3. Simmer for 5 minutes and allow to rest for a few minutes.
  4. Sieve, allow to cool and serve over ice.
