Lemon Ginger and Turmeric Iced Tea

Zesty and tangy, this tea is the perfect way to clench your thirst.

Ingredients
- 30g piece Fresh Ginger
- Juice of 2 Lemons
- 2 flat tsp Ground Turmeric
- 700ml Water
- 300ml Coconut Water
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 5 Black Peppercorns
- ½ tsp Ground Cinnamon
Method
- Wash and slice the ginger.
- Put all the ingredients into a saucepan and slowly bring to the boil.
- Simmer for 5 minutes and allow to rest for a few minutes.
- Sieve, allow to cool and serve over ice.
