Summer Sangria
Recipe
Whether you prefer white or red, these wine-based summer tipples are best enjoyed whilst soaking up the sun.

Ingredients
For The White Sangria
- 1 ripe Peach, stoned, peeled and chopped
- 2 large Strawberries, washed and chopped
- 200ml Baron Amarillo White Rioja, chilled
- Aqua Vale Peach & Passion Fruit Sparkling Water
- Ice Cubes
- Lemon, sliced
- Fresh Mint to garnish
For The Red Sangria
- 80g Fresh Raspberries and Blueberries
- 200ml Baron Amarillo Rioja, chilled
- Aqua Vale Summer Fruits Sparkling Water
- Ice Cubes Orange, sliced
- Fresh Basil to garnish
Method
For The White Sangria
- Muddle the fruits together with the end of a wooden spoon and place in a large wine glass.
- Add some ice and some lemon slices to the glass.
- Pour over the white wine and stir well.
- Top with the sparkling water and garnish with some fresh mint.
For The Red Sangria
- Muddle the berries with the end of a wooden spoon and place in a large wine glass.
- Add some ice and some orange slices to the glass.
- Pour over the red wine and stir well.
- Top with the sparkling water and garnish with some fresh basil leaves.
