Spooky White Russian

Double cream and toffee sauce meet cream liqueur and vodka for an extra spooky cocktail.

Ingredients

  • 90ml Double Cream
  • 90ml Vodka
  • 90ml Ballycastle Chocolate, Caramel & Hazelnut Cream
  • 2 tbsp Toffee Sauce
  • 2-3 Drops Orange Food Colouring
  • Pinch of Ground Cinnamon
  • Pinch of Ground Ginger

Garnish:

  • 140ml Double Cream
  • 1 tsp Caster Sugar
  • 2 Caramelised Biscuits
  • 4 tbsp Toffee Sauce
  • 6 Chocolate Chips

  

Method

  1. Whip the double cream and caster sugar together until thickened and crush the caramelised biscuit to form crumbs. Dip the rim of 2 short glasses into the caramel sauce and then the crumbs.
  2. Place all the ingredients for the drink into a cocktail shaker, with ice and shake for 30 seconds. Pour through a strainer into the glasses.
  3. Top with a dollop of the whipped cream to resemble a ghost, add chocolate chip eyes, then serve.
