Rosé Sangria Pitcher

Knock up a refreshing pitcher for those sun-filled garden evenings with family and friends.

Ingredients

  • 1 bottle chilled Sparkling Rosé Wine
  • 250ml Vodka
  • 125g Strawberries
  • 125g Raspberries
  • 70g Pomegranate Seeds
  • 1 Pink Grapefruit
  • Juice of 2 Lemons
  • 500ml Sparkling Apple & Elderflower Water
  • Fresh Mint Leaves
  • Ice

  

Method

  1. Put the lemon juice and the pomegranate seeds together in a bowl and muddle with the back of a wooden spoon to release the flavours and juice.
  2. Put this in a large pitcher along with the rosé wine and vodka.
  3. Cut the grapefruit into quarters and slice them thinly.
  4. Slice the strawberries and add along with the raspberries and grapefruit.
  5. Pour in the sparkling water and some fresh mint.
  6. Add some ice and mix well.
  7. Serve in chilled wine glasses with sprigs of mint.
