White Chocolate Strawberry Roses

Gift a different kind of bouquet this Mother’s Day with our White Chocolate Strawberry Roses.

Ingredients
- 20 large Strawberries
- 400g White Chocolate
- 20g White Chocolate Stars Sprinkles
- 40g Strawberry Laces, finely chopped
- 40g Fizzy Strawberry Laces, finely chopped
- 100g Mini Marshmallows, finely chopped
- 20 Wooden Kebab Sticks
Method
- Remove the leaves, wipe the strawberries and put a kebab stick into each base to create a stem.
- Break up the chocolate and place in a heatproof bowl. Place over a pan of simmering water, making sure the bottom of the bowl doesn’t touch the water.
- Stir the chocolate a couple of times until melted.
- Remove the bowl and dip one a strawberry into the melted chocolate, turning to coat it.
- Sprinkle over some of the chopped sweet sprinkles, then place on the baking paper to harden.
- Repeat with the other strawberries, using different sprinkles.
- Once set, add a few sprigs of flowers and gently wrap up as a bouquet.
