Victoria Sponge Pancakes Stack

A tasty twist on a favourite for all the family.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack 4 Protein Pancakes
  • 150g Vanilla Protein Yogurt
  • 50g Specially Selected Strawberry Jam
  • 150g Fresh Strawberries

  

Method

  1. Spread the jam over the tops of the pancakes.
  2. Wipe the strawberries and slice. Keep a couple back for decoration.
  3. Divide the yogurt between the 4 pancakes, spreading it over the top of the jam.
  4. Put the strawberries on top of 3 of the pancakes.
  5. Stack them on top of each other, with the pancake without strawberries on the top. Put the whole or halved strawberries on the top and serve.
