Victoria Sponge Pancakes Stack

Ingredients
- 1 pack 4 Protein Pancakes
- 150g Vanilla Protein Yogurt
- 50g Specially Selected Strawberry Jam
- 150g Fresh Strawberries
Method
- Spread the jam over the tops of the pancakes.
- Wipe the strawberries and slice. Keep a couple back for decoration.
- Divide the yogurt between the 4 pancakes, spreading it over the top of the jam.
- Put the strawberries on top of 3 of the pancakes.
- Stack them on top of each other, with the pancake without strawberries on the top. Put the whole or halved strawberries on the top and serve.
